It is almost 20 years since the Japan’s journey of wander has begun since the collapse of the “bubble economy” while the developing nations are rising strongly and the developed nations are facing various problems of societal infrastructure such as employment and aging population. We are about to enter our 5th fiscal year since the establishment in 2005. It may seem short compared to such global environment but the period of five years is a significant benchmark for our company and we believe that it is time to make a fresh resolve at this transition stage. We, LIKEART have pulled out to such rough ocean with a small boat and we believe that our clients, partners, many talents and aspirations, and lastly the motivation of the staff members have supported through numerous twists and turns.
The severity of the global environment does have certain effect to our company but because it is such a timing we, LIKEART have already began laying the foundation for the future development. Ever since our startup, in addition to the possible enhancement of the market through connecting talented individuals or matters, we have globally provided the “International Human Resource Development Service” focused on the upcoming problems of loss of workforce in Japan and immigration. Succeeding these policies and services, and as a mean of implication of expansion and progression, we have established LIKEART RESOURCES, INC. It is our strategic company that places one’s experience, endowments and sensibility as our “resources” instead of limiting it to human resources, and progressively explores, evaluates and in a sense reconstructs it to restore it to the society as a new value.
We aim to connect the people or organizations that gather around LIKEART RESOURCES and merge them with LIKEART’s marketing and promotion related skills to establish a completely new circulation of the services and the people. We believe that such circulation will bring our current services to a step forward and augment the customer satisfaction. As a result of such development, we have no doubt that we will blow a fresh breeze to the frozen Japanese employment environment.
All workings and the sensibility of human being is art, just like the message and our thoughts insinuated in our company name. LIKEART will aim to be loved as a company and as each individual member by those who we are connected with. We hope to accomplish this by providing creative conceptions in any products or services and by fixing this value at the heart of our business. Us, LIKEART, is therefore a group of people who dream that one day the world will be shaped by broadly speaking “artistic” sensibilities and workings.
